The invention is protected by an international patent, with priority initially filed in Latvia, and is currently in the European patent phase.

With our patented Pre-Finished Panel (PFP) method, it is possible to transport and install a fully finished 90 m² (up to 120 m²) home using just one trailer – something impossible with conventional prefab or CLT systems.
Traditional kit houses or prefabricated panels require extensive on-site work: wiring, bathroom installation, wall finishing, and complete assembly. Even fully finished modular units are limited – one trailer usually fits only ~30 m².
